By a man of fashion. Frontispiece, engraved title and 10 plates by George Standfast. A rather scurrilous novel, satirising the D'Orsay-Blessington circle, which appeared first in six parts. Sadleir (1736 A) comments on the "fact that it should have been published at all while many of the characters satirised (all easily recognizable) were still alive." A nice copy of a scarce book.
