"Eloise Bell, in commemoration of International Women's Year, addresses the topic of what feminism--what it really is and what the implications of it are for the BYU student body. She says, "I truly believe that the righteous goals of feminism, the wise goals as opposed to the unwise goals, will help us prepare a generation of women more fit than ever before to bear their joint responsibility in establishing the kingdom of God." She concludes with a challenge to all "to all those in the BYU community . . . to examine the issues of feminism, to make decisions about them individually on the basis of reason and the light of truth within you.""
