Author looks at post Manifesto practice of plural marriage, specifically the continuance of LDS General Authorities to continue to live with their present plural wives. He sees the General Authorities rationale to be that in this instance they were acting as individual members of the Church and not as Church leaders. Hence the official Church position of compliance with anti-bygamy laws and individual non-compliance among General Authorities.
