This book contains the memoirs of the author, who grew up in West Point, Utah. He speaks of his experience with the Church as the grandson of devout pioneers and as the son of non-believing Mormons who remained in the Church for social acceptance. While never converted to the Church, the author describes the general attitude of many groups of people toward the Church and its teachings.
