This article describes the creation of a new online database containing "historically and spiritually valuable documents" such as the “Restoration of the Fulness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ: A Bicentennial Proclamation." Criteria for a document's inclusion in this repository were: noncanonical, disseminated by the First Presidency and/or Quorum of the Twelve, public-facing, and wide distribution or influence on Church doctrine or practice.
