Nick Wilson, also known as the White Indian Boy, left his family at twelve years old to live with the Shoshone Native Americans. After several years, he was returned to the area of his old home because of rumors that men were coming to search for him.
This article contains Nick Wilson’s recounting of what happened after he returned from living with the Native Americans, including his time breaking horses, riding for the pony express, working as an interpreter, stage coaching, fur trapping, and his numerous encounters with various Native American tribes.
