A biography of Zenas H. Gurley, a former leader of the Reorganization of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (RLDS), is presented. He was born on May 29, 1801, in Bridgewater, New York. He was raised as a Presbyterian and later joined the Methodist Church. He married Margaret Hickey in 1825. He was baptized into the Church of Latter Day Saints (LDS) on April 1, 1838. He became an executive leader in the RLDS and served as president of the apostolic quorum. He died in 1872.
