"This present volume is the fifth in a series of books which comprise an expansion of the original book, The Keys of the Priesthood, Illustrated, published in 1971 by Lynn L. Bishop and Steven L. Bishop. This initial work was drawn from much research accumulated over an intense six year period beginning in the summer of 1963, comprising much information from interviews and diaries of early so-called Mormon fundamentalist saints regarding the 1886 visitations of Jesus Christ and Joseph Smith to John Taylor in Centerville at the home of John W. Woolley; the true order of the House of God with its three divisions, the Council of Friends, the Church, and the Kingdom; and the underground organization and efforts to keep Celestial Plural Marriage alive; the prophecies and fulfillment of the great, pervasive, and universal apostasy of the Mormon people, and the Ultimate Setting in Order of the House of God."
