Netherlanders in America : A Study of Emigration and Settlement in the Nineteenth and Twentieth Centuries
2 vols. Grand Rapids, Mich.
Baker Book House
Vol. 2, chapter 6, part A3 is about the Mormons. Information about associates of the Zwijndrect Newlights to the Mormons and W. Van der Woude, the first Dutch Mormon missionary. The first branching at Amsterdam (1862). The first conference at Gorinchem (1865). Chapter 6 is entitled 'Emigration Since the Second Half of the Nineteenth Century' and the section on the Mormons goes from page 590-94. As near as I (Brent Rigby) can tell, that is all there is of a substantive nature about the Mormons. However, there is much information about the Netherlands and migration.
