Olmstead begins by giving a brief explanation of the hosanna shout. He states that the word "Hosanna" is "a Greek transliteration from the Hebrew phrase 'Save now'... which appears in Psalms 118:25." Olmstead then describes the Hosanna shout, and explains that the shout is used at a wide array of scared events, such as temple dedications and the dedication of the Conference Center in Salt Lake City.
