William Russell compares two publications of the RLDS church (now the Community of Christ). The periodical Courage was publshed in 1970 by some faculty members at Graceland College. Zion's Warning was first published the same year, and was sponsored by more conservative members of the RLDS church. Courage was last published in 1973, and Zion's Warning was last published in 1976, but both periodicals influence RLDS church members for decades to come, and forshadowed some of the later divisions in the church.
