The main purpose of this study was to identify guidelines for the development of a comprehensive marketing program for the BYU--Hawaii Campus with emphasis in the State of Hawaii. Findings were obtained from 325 responses to the questionnaire by students from the State of Hawaii during the Winter Semester 1981. Of 19 factors, 7 were found to be most influential on students' decisions to enroll at BYU--Hawaii. The quality and importance of 30 campus services influenced enrollment at and recommendation of BYU--Hawaii. Twenty-six detailed guidelines were recommended for adoption and implementation by BYU--Hawaii and othe institutions with similar characteristics. [Author's abstract]
