In 1937, Heber J. Grant toured Europe just two years before Hitler invaded Poland. His travels in Germany and Switzerland are documented in a series of photographs, some of which are published in this article. In contrast to earlier years, Pres. Grant was received well by news reporters who covered his visit with interest and graciousness.
