The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
Examines the social and religious origins of British converts and finds that, for his sample of 410 people, 87.3 percent were lower class workers whle 12.7 percent were middle class. His survey of religions found that a majority of the converts were not from the Church of England.
