With the Church growing faster outside the United States than within, the members are challenged to accept and love converts from different cultural backgrounds. He used some illustrations from Brazil to point out three other concerns: continual growth, retaining converts, and training leaders. Rapid growth often changes perspective; however, the individual should never lose sight of the Lord and how we fit into His purposes.
