An article summarizing Norris's thoughts on opposition in all things in a poetic context, taken from his address after receiving BYU's Distinguished Faculty Lecturer award. Norris provides commentary on the work of William Blake, Samuel Taylor Coleridge's "Frost at Midnight," John Keats' "Ode to Autumn,"and Dylan Thomas' "Fern Hill" to illustrate poetic opposition.
