The Chicago Mahlerites and the Colorado MahlerFest. The Mahler Archives. Internet resource, http://www.mahlerarchives.net/. Accessed 19 October 2005.
-
Website providing Mahler articles and links to other websites. This database can be used by any interested person for quick, free access to information and research on Mahler. Especially useful for information on specific Mahler works.
-
Archives consist mostly of articles (with PDF downloads or links to the full text). Includes a few interviews and website links. All the articles are in English; websites links include English, Italian, and French sites. All articles in the archive have been published within the last five years, most coming from the journal Naturlaut (the quarterly journal of the Chicago Mahlerites).

The two main categories on the site are Archives and Resources. The Archives (containing the main body of the site's material) divides the articles into three sections. The first, Symphonies, is divided into subsections: A General Overview, Symphonies 1-10, and Other Symphonic Works. The second section, Songs, is divided into Song Cycles, Miscellaneous Songs, and Opera. The third section, Other Articles, is divided into Interviews, Mahler et al, Mahler and poetry, Mahler: Performance History, and Mahler and Arts. Each subsection contains several articles. The second main part, the Resources tab, contains a list of twenty-five links to Mahler websites. It also contains (within the site) a link to an infography. This infography is compiled by an unnamed Mahler expert and lists significant sources on Gustav Mahler. The list is divided into two parts: Six Superlative Sources and thirty-two Other Excellent Sources. All sources include complete citations.
-
Constantly updated. Includes full text of all articles. Includes instructions for PDF downloads. Includes Google search bar for searching within the site.
-
Nine of the twenty-five website links listed in the Resources section are broken (as of 19 Oct. 2005). There were also several broken links within the Archives section. Typography of the Archives is confusing; all sections as well as subsections appear in a very long, unformatted list.
