“Publishing” activities at Cornell are complex and include at least four fairly distinct operations: Project Euclid, arXiv.org, eCommons (an institutional repository), and Cornell Initiatives in Publishing (Cornell-related journals and books). Each of these operations arguably fit the provided criteria for “library publishing” activities.
